What is spinal hemangioma?

A spinal hemangioma is a non cancerous (benign) tumor that involves the body of the vertebra. It is usually found in the upper back (thoracic) and lower back (lumbar) region. The symptoms and treatment can vary based on location and size of the tumor.

Reports may be affected by other conditions and/or medication side effects. We ask about general symptoms (anxious mood, depressed mood, fatigue, pain, and stress) regardless of condition.
