Advice & Tips: Due to yoga and the rehab exercises for my neck pain, tai chai has not been a top priority. It should be practiced at least every other day, yet I can't fit it in yet.

Advice & Tips: I attended a Tai Chi class for Parkinson's. It has helped me in my sitting and standing posture. helps walking and balance, posture on bike, posture while driving. The class early 2015, and learned 9 poses. For the past few months, i have not fit it in like i need too. It is best to practice in the middle of the day. mornin I'm not alert.

Advice & Tips: I could not continue this exercise. I was made so much more aware of disabilities that have accumulated and the pain was so horrible. I am depressed and that may have made this more difficult for me to perform.
