CoQ10 (Co-enzyme Q10) also called ubiquinone, is an antioxidant which protects tissues - such as the heart and other vital organs - from free radical damage, supports proper cardiovascular function, strengthens the immune system, inhibits the oxidation of LDL cholesterol and nourishes gum tissue.
Advice & Tips:
a substance similar to a vitamin found in every cell of the body. Your body makes CoQ10, and your cells use it to produce energy your body needs for cell growth and maintenance. It also functions as an antioxidant, which protects the body from damage caused by harmful molecules.

Advice & Tips:
300mg/morning. Felt a difference already the same night, could suddenly walk down a small flight of stairs easily without holding on to the door posts and taking one step at a time grimacing with joint pain. Also can sit down and stand up easily without pain in the knees. Must be because the muscles can actually work (more) properly. Still very recent, but have decided to look at other mito support supplements as this gave such spectacular (dr Myhills protocol) results.
