Advice & Tips: I am taking mostly the Ubiquinol form 600 mg. I had been taking the Wii Fit Plus body fitness test each morning from 9/3/2010 to 9/27/2010. This was my base line which resulted in a Wii Fit Age of 59 +/- 11. From 10/1/2010 until 10/18/2010, I increased my CoQ10 from 150 mg to 900 mg and added 500mg of tyrosiine and 140 mg GlycoCarn to my regimen. My Wii Fit Age dropped to 42 +/- 13. The Wii Fit Age is a measure of balance and agility.

Dosage: 200 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: I took this in various dosages for several years and after the last trial showed no benefit for ALS patients I didn't see the point in continuing. My progression is very slow and I never noticed any difference in how I felt day to day either before taking it or after stopping it.
