What is Shoulder Injury?
Most problems in the shoulder involve muscles, ligaments, and tendons, rather than the bones and are frequently caused by activities that involve excessive, repetitive, overhead motion, such as swimming, tennis, pitching, and weightlifting. Trauma from accidents may also cause shoulder injuries.
