Advice & Tips: I highly recommend this as an alternative to chiropractic care. That said, I may return to chiropractic care because it was recommended to me by an intuitive healer. The results were short-term.

Dosage: 1 hr Every Other Week
Advice & Tips: Depending on what treatment is for, have neck/back x-rays done to make sure that no additional damage is done during course of treatment. A good OMT doctor will want x-rays before starting treatment for various complaints
