Advice & Tips: I bought a spin bike for my home so I am not limited to the times of spin classes at my gym. The bike was ~ $850.

Advice & Tips: after a session on this spinning bike, I walk as though I had no Parkinson's at all. The effects last for most of the day. I am gradually working up to doing it for an hour a day five days a week because it feels so good.
