Advice & Tips: Definately gives a more restful nights sleep. Before I used to get pressure pain in the joints, particularly the hips, when I'd been laid on one side for some time. I find that for pain in the lower back it isn;t as effective and I need to put a rolled towel under my back until it relaxes...
