Advice & Tips: I felt better and with more energy fairly quick..but then I had to work 7 days in a row and I was no better than when I started... I probably should not have stopped but got very disappointed, the pain was terrible after the 7 days, that was why I went in the first place, to stregthen myself.

  • Effectiveness
Major (for Muscle Pain, Stiffness, Fatigue)
  • Side effects
    None
  • Adherence
    Usually
  • Burden
    Very hard to take
Dosage: 30 min Daily
Advice & Tips: It is very hard to make myself exercise, but I find that it helps with pain, fatigue, stiffness, and even lifts my mood. I TRY very hard to adhere to a daily schedule of either walking about 2 miles, or doing stretching and basic strength exercises such as push ups, sit ups, and jumping jacks. It seems to help my shoulders and arms the most, which are extremely weak. The resulting pain from doing this is better than the pain of not doing it at all, and it is gradually boosting my strength little by little.
