Advice & Tips:
Per my recent findings, 1200-1500mg may be unecessary after 3yrs of use with no positive results on dexa-scans. I'm come across further opinion that 800mg daily would be maximum recommended dosage. My head spins at determining proper ratio of calcium/magnesium/d. I just heard a convincing report that magnesium should be twice the dose as calcium. In mean time I try to eat fermented food like cabbage when able. Frustrated about the issue of correct dosage.
