Advice & Tips: This doesn't appear to be an "instant" spasticity relief medication, or at least in my situation. I had to "wean off" of the highest prescribable dosage of Zanaflex while simultaneously "ramping up" my Keppra dosage. Therefore, it wasn't until I reached my current dosage of Keppra that I started realizing positive results of this medication. Given the feedback from other's that I've spoken to that are using Keppra; there doesn't seem to be any "middle ground" in terms of success in treating their MS related spasticity. It appears that it either worked or it didn't work. To that point, being that Keppra is an anti-convulsive/Epileptic medication; some neurologists won't prescribe it for MS related spasticity.

Advice & Tips: Not really much to tell. This drug works well with my other meds, I haven't had any side effects and so far so good. The pill is a little big. Here is a trick for you when you take your meds. Don't tilt your head back. After you take that LARGE sip of water, put your chin down towards your chest. It works very well once you get the hang of it!
