Advice & Tips:
Because of my gastric bypass I have to cut the large tablets up into small pieces, but it is worth it. I hate taking strong pain medications and since I started taking these over a year ago my joint pain has not been as bad. I suspect that I haven't been getting the right nutrients because I have problems with keeping food down. My Sjogrens makes it hard to swallow food and I choke without sipping water which you cannot do with the bypass. My Dr says it probably is also having an effect on why my stomach swells up and the food won't go down. Taking these have helped with getting the nutrients I need for my joints.
