  • Effectiveness
    Moderate (for Parkinson's disease)
  • Side effects
    Moderate
  • Adherence
    Usually
  • Burden
    Somewhat hard to take
Advice & Tips: You have to take anti nausea meds before shots. Injection sites aggravated with higher dosages. The drug helped the movements, but then put me to sleep. It has been 3 years since I stopped it. I understand that it is a rescue drug for PWPs who freeze.
