Advice & Tips: Quite honestly, two major factors stopped me from this at the So.side Sheltering Arms here in Richmond, VA. 1. The CD music THEY picked for off-class times when people were just there, was TOO LOUD and obnoxious, 2. I sprained my right ankle badly, new Dr. had me be fitted for a custom ankle brace, and if I do go to that pool or any pool I have to be REALLY careful of down-steps in pools now. My therapist (massage) told me where to find other better place for aqua-therapy, I'll try that.
