What is Goodpasture syndrome?
Goodpasture’s syndrome is an autoimmune disorder that usually involves both the lungs and the kidneys. Substances called anti-glomerular basement membrane antibodies are mistakenly released causing damage to the filtering system of the kidneys and air sacs in the lungs.
