What is tetralogy of Fallot?

Tetralogy of Fallot is a congenital malformation of the heart that causes 4 findings that include ventricular septal defect (VSD), aorta overriding the VSD, right ventricular outflow tract obstruction, and secondary right ventricular hypertrophy.
