What is acute motor sensory axonal neuropathy?

Acute motor-sensory axonal neuropathy (AMSAN) is a motor-sensory, axonal form of Guillain-Barré syndrome. Some symptoms include, acute onset of weakness in the limbs, loss of deep tendon reflexes, and sensory symptoms.
