Advice & Tips: Doesn't need to be formal, sophisticated, or to anyone's "rule book"....I just use visualization techniques to relax, imagine the myelin around my nerves healing itself, and briefly retreat from the fast-paced daily routine. The principal advantage is getting to intensely imagine yourself getting and feeling better. Secondary benefit is relaxation generally.

Advice & Tips: Taking the time to meditate (that is the hard part-taking the time) is one of the smartest things I ever did (like doing reiki). I only spend 10 to 20 minutes meditating and it brings such peace.
