Generic name: Erlotinib

Tarceva®, a brand name for erlotinib, can be used to treat locally advanced or metastatic EGFR positive non-small cell lung cancer. It can also be used in combination with gemcitabine as a first-line treatment for locally advanced, unresectable, or metastatic pancreatic cancer.
