Advice & Tips: After using nightly for 3 years, I can now sleep a couple of nights without them, use them 1 night, and then use them again. That schedule reminds my body not to sleep with hands curled up.

  • Effectiveness
    Major (for carpal tunnel syndrome)
  • Side effects
    None
  • Adherence
    Usually
  • Burden

Dosage: 600 min Daily
Advice & Tips: Without the splints, my discomfort and limits increase.  When I skip using them (wear them only at night), I can tell the difference.  But using my pad during the day increases the discomfort if used too long.
