Jan 1, 2005 (Started Jan 01, 2005)

  • Effectiveness
    Major (for Ankle Ligament Tear)
  • Side effects
    Mild (keloid scar, joint stiffness)
  • Adherence
    Always
  • Burden
    Very hard to take
Dosage: One time
Advice & Tips: My ankle surgery to repair a ligament tear was extensive, including auto-donation from my Achilles tendon and a permanent pin in my ankle. I wore a cast and could not walk on my ankle for 2 months and required about 1 year of physical therapy to recover. I have some scarring and ankle stiffness. None the less, I have much less pain and I am very happy that I had the surgery.
