Advice & Tips: Improved movement, balance, and posture. I now go for weekly sessions of physiotherapy and use IMS rarely.

Advice & Tips: IMS gives new life to muscles that have shortened. The best therapy for PD that I have yet encountered. Helps me keep up with my daunting exercise regimen and at the top of my tennis game.
