Lipidil is an international brand of fenofibrate, an antilipemic agent that is used as adjunct to dietary therapy for the treatment of adults with elevations of serum triglyceride levels (types IV and V hyperlipidemia) and adjunct to dietary therapy for the reduction of low density lipoprotein.
