Advice & Tips: Made my RLS much worse. Helped me to understand I need to stay away from antihistamines if at all possible.

Advice & Tips: I took Tylenol PM to help me with sleep. But it made my RLS MUCH worse. Ever since I stopped all of my antihistamines, the RLS has cleared up almost entirely. I sleep for 6-8 hours per night now!
