Advice & Tips: When the spine pain is really bad towards the neck, I sometimes hook the bracelet onto the necklace and let it hang on my back which helps. This works if my elbow or wrist isn't bad. It helps some and at this point, I'll take any relief I can get. Cost was $25.00 for necklace and the same for the bracelet as I got a double.
