Advice & Tips:
Physical Therapy did a lot for me. It really helped me be able to move around a lot easier than I use to. I still have a bit of trouble walking but that has nothing to do with the fact that my pelvis was dislocated. I found that it helped with some of my back pain and it helped me to walk up a little straighter. I was glad that I was finally aloud to be able to walk a little better and to help me walk up straighter. I would recommend this to anyone that has major pain shooting from their back to the bottom of the legs. It was nice to know that there is exercises that I can do to strengthen my legs and my hips.

Advice & Tips:
Physical Therapy is putting my pelvis back where it belongs. Some how some way I managed to literally dislocate the whole thing. Not just a leg, not just a hip but the whole pelvis region. It's very painful and it makes doing things like, sit, walk, sleep, taking a shower, anything more painful if you already have a painful disease like I do. (FIBRO)
The good thing is though, I am being reassured by my Therapist and by my husband by the time that I end these treatments I will be able to do a little bit more than I used to. Only time will tell to see if anything really happens. I will continue to update this and keep people updated on the things that happen through my Physical Therapy. I have a month of it going 3 times a week, so we should see some kind of results within the next 2 weeks. I hope.
