Advice & Tips: This herb is available from your local heath foods store, I make it into a tea by boiling it on the stove. It is very bitter, so add a sweetener. Before you start this herb, do your research learn about it and its dosing. Always tell your doctors that you are on this or thinking about starting it especially if you are on any prescription/OTC medications. I find this very effective for RA and Fibromyalgia & it does increase mobility. It also reduces swelling and pain, my husband also noticed a definite decrease in RA symptoms, although its no cure...of course...at least not what i know yet. LOL using along with a biological modifier like Enbrel, Simponi etc, does seem to improve the effectiveness of the medicine.
Cost: < $25 monthly
