Advice & Tips: It helped a lot and helped cleanse my system. I didn't have my blood sugar tested during the course of treatment so I can't tell you how much it helped but I can say that it made my adderall last longer and it is how I could tell my adderall affected my blood sugar. The licorice in it kinda upset my stomach at first but I think it was killing stuff because at first I had horrible headaches but after a couple of days the headaches were gone!
