Advice & Tips: After taking Paracetamol and codeine for years for joint and muscle pain someone suggested these which combine anti-inflammatory effects with muscle relaxants to give the most targeted relief. The added benefit is that you can intersperse with paracetamol for added pain relief. I recommend doing it this way round rather than Co-codamol interspersed with ibuprofen.
