Advice & Tips: Once again, got out of the habit of doing meditation. I believe that in order to be effective you need to work your way up to meditating to at least 20 minutes. I think only doing less then 10 is good to start, but working your way up is important

Advice & Tips: I recommend meditating for anyone. I just got out of the habit of doing it, because of stress and not being able to find a place to be alone. I moved back to school and it was hard to keep the routine, I usually did it right when I woke up.
