Advice & Tips: I actually started with 10 grams vitamin C, and now take around 6 grams vitamin C. This really works, I saw improvements on my skin after a few days. It went from sand paper to smooth. A lot of irritation is gone. You can take in vitamin C also through fruits, but you need to eat kilos to get to 6 to 10 grams.  Also scars which have been building up over the years are slowly dissolving. In the first few months old wounds developed small pimples/infections where the vitamin c was cleaning the skin, after this initial cleaning of the skin i slowly lowered my dosage. What you do need to take care of is enough water/fluid intake to get rid of access vitamin c, otherwise you can develop kidney stones. Also when you take too much vitamin C, you can get diarrhea, in that case lower your dosage.
