Advice & Tips: I use it as a desk chair when I'm at the computer. It makes your body's core muscles work harder so that you don't slouch or fall into bad postures. But of late after a major review of my exercise program which required me to do more stretching I found that many stretches were hard to complete and I wasn't getting a quality stretch. So I started using the ball as a supplement to get me "into position. Not only am I stretching myself better than ever before -- and with greater ease and comfort -- but a session on the ball functions as an analgesic as I can feel the taught tissues becoming less stiff as I drag them through what are superb stretches. My core control is also returning in a way I had only achieved when I was mastering Ta Chi Chuan. And the ball is so much fun. Once you learn the basics it is enjoyable to explore what many positions the ball can offer you. So there's this creative thrill.
