Advice & Tips: I chose this as a multivitamin because I was looking for something without a nasty taste taste that hopefully wasn't gaggingly large. The label seemed awesome as far as all that was included, even if it is for the "elderly." I guess we're as old as we feel, right? Anyway, the pill is odorless and tasteless and not much bigger than Tylenol. I loved it! I just can't find it anywhere near my house so I got a close sub. at Target to try now.
