Advice & Tips: Sinus issues are a major problem for me. Taking medications that could cause drowsiness to help (despite it saying it won't) is a whole other layer. While it says it doesn't the days I have missed taking it, I haven't been as tired, but have paid dearly with my sinuses. Switching brands, etc... Read and take carefully, speak with your doctor. It works great, just be careful.
