Advice & Tips: doing Stretches is integral to everything I'm doing, walking skiing, paddling, yoga, ect. Since early January 2017, I've not been doing the Sun salutation. #1-I am enrolled in a gentle yoga class. #2- I overextended by neck and my right rotator cuff working for the luminary loppet.

Advice & Tips: Goal is still 1 sun salutation in morning. Right shoulder is better (fall at Jan's) and left ankle (march 2014 ski) is not noticeable discomfort.

Advice & Tips: In July/Aug 2014, I finally saw a PT for my impinged shoulder. It helped. I had to prematurely interrupt treatment when mom went into the hospital. Now I am working on strengthening. I am just about able to do the push-up movement again.

Advice & Tips: I have done 3 weeks of the VA handout for should/neck pain. This is due to work ergonomics and the twinge in my right shoulder. I think I have my range of motion back. The twinge is still there. Keep the muscles around it strong. Also, will do the PT's suggested Parkinson's therband stuff- keep your shoulders in your pockets! Don't hunch.

Advice & Tips: I do at least one Sun Salutation every morning. I may do other stretches at other parts of the day. When I played golf for the first time this season, my shots were consistently over the green! My upper body got stronger! Although my aim is probably affected by PD, I'm still enjoying the game. I don't play very often.
