1 patient evaluation for Nitroglycerin topical

Mar 7, 2009 (Started Feb 01, 2008)

  • Effectiveness
    Major (for Raynaud's phenomenon)
  • Side effects
    None
  • Adherence
    Usually
  • Burden
    Somewhat hard to take
Dosage: 2 g Daily
Advice & Tips: There are oral meds to take for Raynaud's, but I didn't consider them because they would make my already unbearable fatigue worse. If fatigue isn't an issue, I would recommend trying oral meds first. The cream works amazingly well, though. It's just a pain to keep up with applications.
Cost: < $25 monthly
