Advice & Tips: This has changed my ability to cope with things. Especially my racing mind that just won't stop. It enables one to take a moment to gather oneself and the nice thing is you can do it anywhere. I've adjusted it so it works for me when and where I need it. So even if I'm walking down the street or sitting on a busy bus. The name doesn't give it justice. I would advise anyone and everyone to learn these coping skills taught in MBCT.
