Advice & Tips:
My gym has a zero entry pool (no stairs or ladders) which I LOVE to use. I just walk back and forth going forward & backward and side stepping. It's so liberating to be able to actually walk upright without any walker or wheelchair! However, it's very easy to overdo it and I pay for it the next day.
