Advice & Tips: Forearm crutches are extremely helpful during my knee replacement recovery. I needed these d/t left-sided weakness r/t mild TIA several years ago. Now I can go on distance walks ; run errands much more efficiently

Advice & Tips: PATIENCE WITH SELF -- or else you'll bust them over your doctor's head! :-) They are inconvenient, clumsy & not mobile-friendly, but they are needed! Use them, even if you feel like you don't need them
