Advice & Tips: I can't understate how important this is! The muscles and motor neurons need stimulation and exercise does the trick. I'm doing upper body to strengthen the load my my arms have to take on due to my legs. For my legs this is crucial to maintain leg strength. And it feels great!! Just never to over exertion. I also I'm slowly upping my weight as needed.
