Advice & Tips: Bottle said for herpes simplex and Bell's palsy is caused by herpes zoster, so I thought I'd give it a try. I don't know if it was just the Bell's palsy resolving on it's own, but as soon as I started taking the lysine, the Bell's palsy started improving.

Advice & Tips: This is part of the pre-Acyclovir tratment for Herpes. Eat no Arginine (chocolate, tapioca, cola, nuts- peanuts are OK-, dates, fig newtons, marischino cherries..) and cover up what little you accidentally get (you need some to live) with it's opposite, Lysine. It also is good for skin elasticity and a youthful appearance.
