What is myelofibrosis?
Myelofibrosis is a rare but serious bone marrow disorder characterized by bone marrow fibrosis, enlarged spleen, and anemia. Myelofibrosis can occur on its own (primary myelofibrosis) or it can occur as a result of another bone marrow disorder (secondary myelofibrosis).
