What is Brown-Sequard syndrome?
Brown-Sequard syndrome is a rare condition that results from an injury to one side of the spinal cord. The spinal cord is damaged but is not severed.Symptoms include weakness/paralysis (hemiparaplegia) to one side of the body and a loss of sensation (hemianesthesia) to the opposite side of the body.
