What is ADCY5-related dyskinesia?

ADCY5-related Dyskinesia is a rare movement disorder that involves sudden jerks, twitches, tremors, muscle tensing, and writhing of the limbs, neck, and face. It is caused by mutations in the ADCY5 gene and usually appears during infancy or late adolescence.
