Advice & Tips: I continue to take this medication b/c I feel it helps me sleep. However, I see no sign of abatement of nightmares or acting out my dreams in my sleep. I continue to clobber my husband, scream & kick him or just kick in the air.

Advice & Tips: After several nites of hideous nightmares and pummelling my husband in his sleep, I decided to increase the Melatonin to 5mg, 2 @hs. It has not made any difference so far.

Advice & Tips: My husband picked this up at the grocery store for me & he could only find it in gummy pills. I would prefer to take a pill but these gummy things do taste delicious. I take the melatonin to combat the REM Sleep Behavior D/O & it doesn't seem to lessen that problem (so far) but I think I am sleeping better. I will continue with the Melatonin in hopes it will help, and I haven't increased the dose as my doctor told me I can, so I can always try an added pill.

Advice & Tips: Taking one a couple of hours before bedtime works best for me.
