Advice & Tips:
I was afraid of elevated body temp when first diagnosed and nearly fainted in my first shower, so took only cool showers for years. I now enjoy warm/hot showers to ease the tingling in my feet and legs, and stiffness in my back, but pay close attention to my balance and get out of the shower quickly when necessary.
