Advice & Tips:
Hormone Replacement Therapy made me feel better generally. I took HRT constantly from when menopause symptoms started at age 45. I changed to the generic pills as they were cheaper. I stopped because the GYN said to stop (risk of Cancer) and I am almost 64. I tapered off the drug much more slowly than the GYN prescribed. (I think Drs don't realize that it is better to go slowly in that regard)
The unexpected positive effects of HRT are that it made my mood better. It lessened hot flashes. I had more energy.
If it wasn't for the cancer warnings...I might still take it. The hot flashes have increased again but I like not taking pills every day.

$25-49 monthly
