Bicalutamide is an antiandrogen and antineoplastic agent used for the treatment of metastatic prostate cancer in combination with a luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone agonist. It is also used as monotherapy for locally-advanced prostate cancer.

Advice & Tips: Major continual vomiting occurred beginning on 2nd day. I've been taking it on an empty stomach just before bed. Internet says take it with food (Rx didn't say that), so I'll start taking it with breakfast instead to see if that helps. If not I'll call the doc.
