Advice & Tips: The kind of "I am ..." affirmations. There are many videos out there to follow, but I dislike most human voices, so I had to search for quite long before finding one I liked. Every day, when I wake up, I just listen to it and repeat each sentence. It is useful to train the unconscious mind because, you know, all the things they say are obvious from a rational point of view, but sometimes you have to hear them many times for your "id" to learn them. A few weeks ago I came up with the idea to change the "I am" to "We are" because I have many identities and I wanted all of them to feel good and connected to each other, and the dissociations have decreased since that.
