Trigonitis is a condition characterized by thickening and overgrowth of cells in the mucosal surfaces of the bladder. It can cause urinary urgency and pelvic pain. Diagnosis is typically made during a scope examination of the bladder. Treatment may include antibiotics or surgical laser treatment.
